Our highlight of the summer has been Jen and Leo's visit! They came out over the 4th of July holiday in order to see the impressive private fireworks show that the people of Helena always indulge in. They weather (lighting)was not cooperative for us to go up on the roof and watch the entire valley errupt for several hours as it always does, so we went and parked on a hill and watched the crazy people shooting off the fireworks in the rain and lighting. It is hard to say who lit the sky more often,God or the people.

We mostly hung around Helena while the kids were here. Went for a boat ride throught the Gates of the Mountians. Did some shooting. Went on a picnic. Worked on the plane. Exercised and crafted in the craft room. Played games. Ate out. Real low key stuff. I sure hope the kids had some fun. It was harder then ever to say goodbye yet another time. I don't think that will ever change.
