A couple of weeks ago Marlin and I finally got the boat out for some fishing. We have 3 large lakes just outside of town here not more then 20 minutes from the house. It was a successful day using cowbells, wedding rings and night crawlers! He had 7 bites but lost 3 of them as we tried to bring them to the boat. (the net girl isn't to skilled!) The fish that did make it into the boat weighed a total of 10 lbs. It was a beautiful sunny day! The fish are the catch that day and the lake picture is from 2004 but that was the spot on Hauser Lake where he caught them. It's our spot ,as they say. Oh, and the smile, was just as nice this time too!
