Spring in Montana

Spring has come later then usual here but it is turning out to be very pretty. We have had about 2 weeks of steady rain and are actually above our rainfall average by nearly 2 inches. We are so thankful God has answered our prayers for moisture. Hopefully we will have a smoke free summer this year. I have been working on the backyard trying to beautify some of the ugly spots, i.e. the utility boxes and old worn out shed. I have not planted any flowers yet as I am waiting to see if my sister Barb would like me to plant any special color of flowers as she is getting married next September and having the reception in our back yard. With me there is no garuntee that they will either thrive or live till the fall but I will give it my best shot! I will be going to Bozeman to pick Barb up tomarrow morning. She will be here for a week and we will get all the details worked out for the wedding. I am excited.

It already looks better, even without the flowers in them! I'm excited to see what it will look like overflowing with beautiful flowers.
