This last year the bark beetle has devastated of forests. When the situation turned critical this year the powers that be said to heck with the environmentalist and are not trying to figure out how we are going to keep from burning. I took a couple quick photo's last time we went over the pass to Missoula. Again the photo's don't begin to sow you how awful the situation is. If this drainage burns Helena could be in dire need of water as this is the watershed for the entire Helena valley.
