Relearning to Blog

It has been a year now since our precious daughter set up this beautiful site for us and I have acted like it was not of value to me by my lack of effort to use it. That truely is not how I feel. I look at their Blog and all the sites listed to the side of their Blog, All the time! I love seeing and reading all that you share. So I am going to make an attempt to share things more often. I can't even begin to catch up since Marlin posted last Easter. So that I won't get defeated and just shut this thing off now I'll jst pick up with recent and random and go fron there.

In September our church ladies hosted a small retreat for our conference. We did the theme of an old fashion fair for the fun part and decorations. I love doing that kind of stuff so I volunteered to make some banners for the booths at the fair. A group of our church ladies demonstrated thing while the BBQ dinner and social time was going on It was fun. We had about 70 ladies attend the retreat.

Those look like a LOT of work! They turned out very nice. I sure hope the ladies appreciated all the work you put into those!

Oh, momma. I don't feel like you don't appreciate the site. I'm just excited to see what you are up to. Thank you for spending the time. You certainly don't have to make it all spiffy though. You did a great job. The more you do it, the easier it will get. Maybe when we are there this Christmas I can sit down with you and help maneuver you through so it's a little easier.
